"Pull" interrogates the importance of female body hair. Illustrations of hair texture printed onto clear acetate must be physically moved in order to read titles, representing how body hair can be an obstruction of and a tool for feminine identity/meaning. As the book progresses, the body text shifts and sways, similar to the way hair moves. Unruly words begin to stray from the text block like split ends.
